There are ones for Selling and Renting but how about a resource of links on purchasing resale?

It could include trusted links to valid selling websites (I know there is a sticky on just the websites), escrow companies and especially what questions to ask for particular timeshare systems sales. Reputable/non-reputable Ebay sellers could also be added.

For ex., I am most familiar with *wood but might not know the ins and outs of Marriott. It would really help having private (non-developer) sales pointers all in one place.

I am also very interested in ebay sales but have no idea what is needed, step by step, to complete the sale. I do know how to use ebay in general but have never used it for a RE purchase. This, of course would be after I have done my research and decided which specific resort I want to own.

Would anyone else find this useful?
