I saw a listing on Ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=260268361190&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=016

There will be $299 closing cost and no transfer fee. MTF for this studio or one bedroom unit is $389.

This is for 7 nights stay. 389/7=55. so only $55 per night. I'm wondering what the rental rate is for a week one bedroom at Puerto vallarta? Has to be higher than $55 per night?

Isn't this listing a good deal to buy for your own use and for rental if you choose not to use by yourself?

Is Mayan Palace group a good timeshare choice ? I think its Rivera Maya's Pool is quite impressive.

From reading on this board, seems people think highly on Royals.

This one is also very cheap. So far it is $1.00 + $299 closing cost. MTF is $580 per year. about $83 per day.

Any hidden cost for these listings?

Thanks a lot!

Rent generally covers MF at the Royal Resorts in Cancun. Are those the ones you are asking about? Look at the ads on TUG, mexicondo.com, and omcancun.com to get an idea of what people are asking. Of course they may not rent at all or may get somewhat less.

There is no way you could get one of the Royal Resorts for $1.00, or even $100 or $1,000, though.
