Can I use my RCI?

We purchased a timeshare in Mexico from a developer last April, and an RCI membership, too. We immediately rescinded, but we're still battling them. ANYWAY, I just received my RCI membership card. As I am trying to rescind the actual timeshare contract, I don't have a week to deposit, but can I use my RCI membership in some other way to rent days or weeks?

If the resort paid for your RCI subsciption in connection with a timeshare purchase, they will likely cancel the membership when you rescind. I cannot in good conscience suggest that you use it knowing that you are in the rescission process.
