Every Timeshare HOA will have their own approved method of payments which should be printed on your invoice/statement. Ours will not accept credit cards without an additional charge to cover the CC costs. Another one requires a cheque which can be a nuisance as many don’t use cheques anymore. None of ours will accept an e-transfer either.
Just noticed you were Hyatt Residence Club so yes it is best to call them directly.
It may depend on your resort. We own at Sunset Harbor and I was able to pay our fees online on 10/30. There were some people commenting on the Hyatt Facebook group that their resort didn't allow the fees to be paid by CC but I can't recall what resort that was. I always pay ours online.
