Can I get an RCI Extra Vacation for a friend?

I've got a friend who wants to go on vacation in Hawaii and the resorts that a travel agent came up with are very pricey plus they had a $25 daily resort fee to pay. Of course these are hotel rooms only - no kitchens, or apartments like with a TS unit.

In trying to help this friend with suggestions, I thought it would be better for them to rent a timeshare unit so I checked Endless Vacations and also looked at the RCI Extra Vacations. There are more choices in the Extra Vacations site.

Is there a way my friend can rent one of the RCI Extra Vacations? Through me or another way?

This friend needs to do this vacation before July as part of an inheritance, or the designated proceeds will go to charity.

We have bought Extra Vacations for friends. Just get a guest cert in their name. It costs extra, but not a fortune.

Thanks Jim! I've done a guest cert for an exchange but didn't know you could do the same for an extra vacation.
