Can I buy a banked Marriott week to trade

I have one Marriott week that I use to trade for other Marriott timeshares. I used both the studio and Master unit for trades in December 2015 and April 2016. My 2017 week is not available yet. Can I buy a locked off Marriott week from someone and banked it two units with Interval under my name?

Generally, to deposit a timeshare in your account, it must be deeded in your name.

But you can rent a points reservation from a points owner.
TUG has a member that runs a website that deals with Marriott DC owner trades/exchanges/rentals etc....
Alternatively, you could attempt to rent a unit from the TUG rentals or redweek.
