Can Grand Waikikian Owners Book Lagoon Tower 12 Months Out?

That is not suppose to happen, ( one hown resort being able to do home resort reservations at a different resort) buy in thius case there maybe an exception because the Grand Waikikian hasn't opened yet, HGVC may be allowing them to reserve other HHV resorts as a "home" resort.
