Want to bank 2021 points to 2022 and then transfer them as well as some 2022 points to a friend. Can this transfer of a mix of points be done? Thanks

No. You are better to transfer the true 2022 points and then bank your 2021 points and use those yourself in 2022. If you are wanting to transfer 2021 and 2022 points to someone else, that won't work for them to be able to use them all in 2022.
