Can anyone tell me what a timeshare at the Planet Hollywood Cancun cost?

Is Planet Hollywood Cancun a timeshare? Or are you just buying a membership much like many of the other AI resorts offer? I tried to search to see if this property was another brand prior to Planet Hollywood, but couldn't find anything. I know that Hard Rock was previously Palace Resorts and previously sold memberships in Palace Resorts can continue to book with their membership at the property. I suspect new memberships are also sold as Palace Resorts?
