Calling RCI Royal Mayan experts

I just put a hold on a 2010 Royal Mayan (2 BR/2BA) thru RCI. The odd thing is that it is a Friday-Friday check in/out. I called RCI and told them that to my knowledge ALL Royal Mayans were Sat.-Sat. They said no, that it was definitely a Fri-Fri. Both RCI and II directories only show the Sat. check-ins.
So......any ideas?? Thanks.

Unless this is a very weird case, it's Sat-Sat. Call Royal Resorts' management, ISCO, at 800-930-5050, with the week number and villa number.

Just called ISCO...RCI is wrong. This is a Saturday check-in. I guess I will try to talk to a Supervisor and get this straightened out.

All the Cancun Royals are Saturday check-in - looks like you got a know it all wanna be at RCI.
You had better recheck the resort number - just in case tho.
