Does anyone know or have had experience with Cabo Trade Company? I can’t find anything about them - no Facebook page, no website, no real estate license, physical address, reviews, nothing, other than some negative posts on TUG from 2019 into early 2020 that reported signing people up for unwanted vacation clubs. There is a phone number for a Northern VA area code and that is all. I’m interested in buying a TUG resale listing but am hesitant and trying to do more due diligence but am finding nothing. Thanks!

I just posted my experience with Brad Phillips at Cabo Trade Company. It was the easiest resale timeshare purchase I've ever made and the price was super inexpensive. Based on my experience--just this one purchase--I'd recommend him. I couldn't find a website or physical address for him or Cabo Trade Company either, but everything worked out fine.

Did you purchase from Cabo Trade Company? I responded to one ad he has on TUG. Just want to check if he is legit.

Admin: these shady resellers have an ad here on TUG. HAs anyone done business with them? Their website looks as scammy as can be. They are trying to sell me a SA Timeshare. Truly a shady company with a Va number answered by a guy who says his name is Brad who sounds like he is from Canada...

yes. Posted in that thread too and one long time TUG poster has done a successful transaction with him. But I'm a bit more careful so I'll pass.

Just purchase a week from Cabo Trade Company, I used a California closing company (they paid the closing costs). They are a little slow in responding, I gather it's a small company, just 3 people trying to unload a bunch of memberships. There is no upfront fee for anything.
