I found a deeded red week timeshare at Orange Lakes in Florida for $2000. It is in the East Village. I heard the West Village is the older section and they are selling for cheap, but the East Village is usually a lot more. Does anyone know if this section is good or could you tell me why this is so cheap. Others are selling for up to $12000.00. It just sounds to could to be true.

Thanks

Too good to be true

Do you know where to look to get Orange Lakes for that price. All the websites I checked were a lot higher than $2000. If I can get one for $500-$1000 that's even better.

Make them a lowball offer. If they don't accept it then no harm done. If they do, you've got yourself a timeshare.

The websites show asking prices, not transactional prices. People set asking prices by looking in the rearview mirror. That data is old; Boca is giving you accurate information about the current market.
