Buying a HVC foreclosure TS from County Tax Sale, Lake Tahoe

Does anyone own a deeded week at the Lake Tahoe Hilton Grand, I'm going to purchase a County foreclosure TS, any feedback?
The only information available is that these timeshares are Univeral ODD, EVEN or Annual, which is self-explanatory.
No information on unit size or maintenance fees..can anyone help with any information.

Is that the the former Diamond/Embassy Suites property (Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort) in South Lake Tahoe?

Just checked our billing for 2025 for our 2 Bedroom deeded unit and it was for $1,515.73.

How do you select your week, i.e. what is the process?

Used to have to call to book selected week, but you can now do it online. You can also split the week if you want to and book two separate weeks (1 bedroom and studio) if it is a lock off unit (which I think most 2 bedrooms are). You can use their destination exchange (DEX) to exchange to other locations.

If you want to exchange you will need to be sure to book a week with a high tier value.
