Buying a Hilton Grand Lake Tahoe TS via County Foreclosure Auction

Does anyone own a deeded week at the Lake Tahoe Hilton Grand, I'm going to purchase a County foreclosure TS, any feedback?
The only information available is that these timeshares are Univeral ODD, EVEN or Annual, which is self-explanatory.
No information on unit size or maintenance fees..can anyone help with any information.

I am a risk taker! :)
