History:

Our company was using the CitiAadvantage biz card but lack of automatic payment deduction and not being able to qualify for million miles status anymore with the Citi Aadvantage makes it less attractive. Switched to Marriott Rewards biz which is okay.

Also have the SPG biz card but limit is lower than what we need and several vendors we deal with dont accept Amex.

Looking for a biz credit card recommendations. Looks like the Chase Ink Bold is one to consider. Anything else?

Purchases are mostly goods, food, travel, gas, supplies, phone. Appx spending per year $ 100k

Thank you!

Good timing. I was just looking into this last night again. I also need a new business card. I have the Starwood AMEX business card for my other business, and it's great. I'm tempted to just get another one of those, but I have too many points already, so am considering a cash back card. The best I've found so far is Fidelity. You can get a Visa with a 1.5% return for the first $15,000 then 2% thereafter. They also offer an AMEX with a flat 2% (no tiers), which is the one I'm leaning toward (the vast majority of our purchases are made from vendors who accept AMEX...very few don't take it any longer, in my experience).

There are a number of good comparison sites out there you should view. Goals are important to know ahead of time... Do you want points for travel? Cash back? Low interest rate?

Always pay off balance in full and tend to favor the points/miles for travel/hotel use.

So looking for something to replace the Marriott Rewards biz card.

We spend six figures a year on credit cards for business expenses, and tend to use several different cards. Starwood AmEx is usually our primary but, as you pointed out, not everyone takes that. This year, the new Citi Executive AA World Elite Mastercard is our primary, because the miles count towards AA million mile status (for those of us who got the card before 12/1/11). We have a Chase Ink that we use as a backup card. We've also done a few cards that had great signup bonuses, but only charged enough to earn the bonuses.

I have the Starwood Am Ex and the Citi AAdvantage also. I too can't stand the autopay (or lack thereof) of the Citi card. Reading this thread with interest.

I had noticed the lack of autopay, too, but I only used the CitiBusiness AA card one month (I got it for a 75k AA mile signup bonus) so it wasn't a big deal. I wonder if you can set up an autopay through the call center or via mail?

I actually called Citi yesterday to close the account due to lack of auto pay and rep said they know its an issue and that autopay feature will start on the 21st. We'll see if that happens.
