Does anyone have a room layout for this resort? We've been told we have an ocean front studio with a balcony, 2454, and I wonder what floor it's on? Also is there still construction happening here? Thanks so much!

I don't believe there is any construction going on there. It sounds like you are up near the top of the largest building where all the rooms face the ocean. We had a similar stay there one year. I will attach a couple of photos from that view. The last photo is a pic of the resort from the ocean (you will be near the top of the building toward the right side of that pic).

Buganvilas Building Numbers

11xx is the 1st floor and 20xx (10th floor) 25xx (15th floor.)

Building A - the Tower xx47-66 ocean view – faces pool and ocean

Building B xx87-92 low building ocean front

Building C xx81-86 facing toward pool and ocean view on higher levels - balconies

Building D xx67-80 windows facing toward town and ocean 67, 79, 80 have balconies

You will be in Building A, as that is where the Studio units are. A Studio unit has a Murphy bed - I think it is a full size, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the sofa is built-in and there are bar stools along the kitchen counter top. There will be 2 chairs on the balcony. Generally units in the Tower are "floating" weeks where specific unit numbers are not assigned until you get there - except for on the 25th (fixed unit/weeks) and 17th floors.

I am having trouble loading the website this morning, but http://www.buganviliasclub.com/ is the address. From there, you can look at the floor plans under the Accommodations tab.

There always seems to be some construction going on as they are totally updating units, one floor at a time. Last year, they did the entire Building B. They were working frantically the weeks we were there so they would be open in December. The workers did not start too early or stay to late - we were in the unit just above where they were doing trim work in unit 1380. As an owner, I do not mind because it means that they are keeping the buildings up. When you are in the tower, you will not hear so much of the work unless it is in the floor directly above or below you, and they usually close those when they are working for safety and noise.
