Seth Knock comes well reccomended around TUG. His website is http://www.sellingtimeshares.net/.
You can also do quite well on your own without a broker. We recently purchased Marriott Grande Vista from a private seller. Check out the other recomended resale sites in the Buying, Selling & Renting forum.

We always purchase our timeshare resales through holidaygroup.com. We always speak to Caludio if we have any questions, or want him to call us when a specific property comes available. We are very satisfied with them.

never purchased a time share, is holiday group/ holiday resales a legitimate comany

Hi there: I have never bought a condo, but as a gift we received a two bedroom for one week from World International Vacation Club. We enjoyed the Puerto Vallarta locations. I found a company selling weeks of WIVC under the website Holiday Group, but under the saleswoman's name on her email the company name is listed as Holiday Resales. So I am posting to your reply because I think you know about this company - is it legitimate? I did check and find that it was listed in the Washington State BBB. There seem to be a number of complaints, but it appears many were resolved. Please give me your opinion on this company.

Last question - we will only be travelling two adults to the various World International Vacation Club Locations. So, we dont need two bedrooms, but thought it better to buy the bigger unit for better trading value. WIVC has direct exchange with RCI and II. We want to go to Paris, South Africa and Italy as our dream vacations. Is it best to buy a one week in holiday season, or a two bedroom any time of the year (except holiday season) to go with our current two bedroom, one week - ie for the exchange purposes for future planning for our dream vacation. Of course, we already know that we like WIVC locations and want to see more of the six resort locations too.

Thank you for your help,
