mortgage paid off beautiful area Breckenridge, just quit claim deed very fast process! Has 66000 points yearly around ~$2700 maintenance , you pay and you will get this year to travel 2026 w the flexible points! I was able get over 30 days like around 33-35 days of usage in studio suite this past year 2025 in October and November which was awesome , or can use points for one bedroom or two bedroom…beautiful ski resort!

I don't think points transfer on resale at this resort, only the underlying week ownership transfers. Which week season is this, and which unit?

What 66000 points give me let’s say in January for 1 bed? I m planning actually to buy into Grand 8 for day use and unlimited gateways and exchanges in interval (just to go skiing in the off season December/april). I did the presentation once and bought a sample ownership for 1.5 years and liked it. I don’t remember their point system and how it translates to interval.

I got it from resale so I know points work in resale just spoke with resort also earlier today but it’s floating 2 bedroom week and points usage vary amount depending season but bc it’s points it’s flexible it’s spring fall but can be used at any time year if they have dates

Yea as said above it’s more points in January than it is off season highest season maybe 10-14 days it depends also unit type studio suites u are able stretch it pretty good and some one bedroom also not too bad but ya this free I’ll do the quit claim pay myself it’s def good deal, they also let u rent out ur not used weeks and they’ll pay u for it

Edit: I used it personally full weeks but u can also do 2-6 days at time if want as well

Can you post the points redemption values from your account for latest information on points costs through the year

This shows there maybe a $20k re enrollment for points D. Resale initiation fee

It may be in their bi laws that they have option to charge resale initial fee but 99.9 percent time never do and small chance they did we can obviously just cancel the sale and would be no harm no foul bc im paying any fees transfer, I’ve seen multiple sales with this company though never seen that fee actually done I’ve never heard of anybody ever getting hit with that at time transfer either , I bought this deed on resale and it was not done

I thought day use did not transfer with resale.

@dougp26364 owns here and may be able to offer some advice.

We don’t actually use any of the benefits like day use. We live to far away. Those benefits are typically used by owners living closer like in Denver

Here is what a quick search with Google brought up.

The document has the $20 000 resale qualification statement on page 2.

The last page has the points chart.

The real benefit of this are the rentals within 14 days if available. That is to say if the club membership transfers without having to cough up $20 000. This is a big selling point when going to see the sales guys/dolls and all the buzz around the jacuzzi because to get winter ski rentals for those prices are insane.

Looks like it us a 2 bedroom unit, Spring / Fall 16-20,40-46 week in Colorado building from the points chart.
If you can use points you can reserve a Winter 47-50,1-6,13-15 week for 61 000 points in a studio in either Colorado or Breckenridge buildings.
https://grandcolorado.com/two-bedroom-colorado-residence/ is a link to the 2 bedroom room lay out. 1800 square feet as opposed to 1300 of a 2 bedroom Breckenridge building unit.

@Jazdddy if you get this unit given away after all of my input I will take 10% commission 😉.

Lol u got it right exactly I appreciate ur thoroughness , I got my best use out of it October and fi sthalf November which still fall season was able stretch it points bc winter one much more but i did get day or two in December last min I’m unsure if they also sometimes have some deals in certain days,

I’m definitely interested if you haven’t found a good home for your points!

Keep in mind Grand Colorado is a deeded week resort with an internal points overlay program for nightly stays at Grand Colorado. The points mentioned can be used for internal reservations, I believe starting at 6 months from the desired reservation date. To date we have never converted to points. Grand Colorado can be a member of Club Interval, which is II points exchange program. We tried that once and found it to be a horrible value vs the standard weeks exchange. Plus Club Interval membership is more expensive than just plain old II weeks membership.

Our summer value week exchanges well. But a spring/fall week is very much off season. I’m not certain how well those weeks exchange. On the plus side the studio suite has a separate bedroom and sitting area and it trades as a 1 bedroom unit with II, so no upgrade fee to get a 1 bedroom exchange.

There’s also no cancellation fee even day before which pretty cool lol

GC8 is a great property, especially if you’re within a short driving distance like Denver. But for owners like us that are a 10 hour drive away, day use and last minute availability doesn’t make for a usable benefit.
