Breckenridge Colorado Timeshares Question

I have a friend of mine and I am trying to help him find a timeshare that meets the below criteria.

1. He wants something in the Breckenridge Colorado area
2. He wants day use for free that would even be allowed if purchased resale I think most resales still allow free day use anyway so I think this is a no issue.
3. He wants the largest possible unit with the lowest maintenance and best trading power preferably to RCI.
4. Annual Usage

The best I have found so far is the following
6388-Valdoro Mountain Lodge a fixed week 52 that has 58 RCI points. This unit however doesn't lock off, but this could still be a good fit if Valdoro Mountain Lodge gives week 53 for free.

We are not looking on the resale market just looking for what would fit on the resale market then with what notes we have going to find something that fits. Oh would prefer the fixed week 52 over points.

Just a quick observation. A fixed week 52 in Breckenridge is going to go for a huge premium. It is arguably the highest demand week, and trading that into RCI would be a total waste, IMO. Renting out that week would provide much more value than signing it over to RCI.

Just using RCI as a guide to determine value I suppose.

I agree actually using it or renting it out would be the way to go for sure.
