I once owned here and it is very nice, old timey-nice. http://www.brantpointcourtyard.com/
Mods, please lock this thread if this is advertising. It borders on it, sorry.
I have no interest in these units, but I know that some Tuggers enjoy Nantucket. It's hard to find summer weeks.
I spotted a for sale ad on Craigslist for 2 good weeks, one of which is July 4th.\http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/for/5360144800.html
The ad is confusing, so I emailed him and he said that the weeks were 12k and 18k respectively. This is way too much. I emailed him back and said that it did not fit into my budget, but to keep me in mind.
He emailed me back with lower prices, 10k and 13.8k, buyer to pay closing costs and 2016 MFs of about 900, but I have not verified the MFs.
If anyone is interested, I think he may go lower as he has another project going and the sale of these timeshares will help with this. He explained this in his last email.
I already own 2 weeks on Nantucket in addition to the 2nd home in Cape Cod.
