If you own a 2 bedroom plus at the Boulevard with 13,440 points, are you able to book a 2PL or 2LP? Or only 1 of these?

Thanks

I don't know about Boulevard specifically, but I can tell you that at HHV's Lagoon Tower you can make a Home Week reservation in either the lockoff or dedicated 2BR with a Plus week.

Maybe I am not understanding your post, but I would think (per the rules too) that you would only be able to book a 2BR+ unit in a HW booking. What unit type does it state on your HW booking place for LT? Is it 2BP or something else? A 2BR+ unit at LT is 13,440 pts and regular unit (which is what I would think is 2BR LO) is 11,200 pts. But, I don't know which one if the specific 2BRLO.

Looking at my HW booking page. Here is the room coding that I can come up with:

xBD - regular room with x being the number of bedrooms
xBP - plus room with x being the number of bedrooms
xBX - premier room with x being the number of bedrooms

Now, this coding doesn't necessary match the room coding on the club booking. For example, some resorts such as LT and Boulevard can have two different room codes for their 2BR+ rooms.

Correct, but I can make a Home Week reservation for either a 2 Bedroom Plus 2BP (dedicated) or 2 Bedroom Plus 2PL (lock-off). Or at least I had to choose which one I wanted in 2018 when I last used my 2BR+ to make a Home Week reservation.

Please tell me how you choose. Like during the HW booking process? I don't have any HWs where I have to pick or there is only one selection (on the second screen of the HW booking process).

My memory is a bit vague after seven years, but I seem to remember...

I went to the bottom of my dashboard and clicked on Home Week/book now. Then I picked dates. Then it asked me which one I wanted since both were available.

Thank you, that is what I wanted to know. I was curious if you could choose which one or not. Some home weeks you can only choose 1 option. Some you can choose 2. Thanks!

You are most welcome...though obviously I can't guarantee the Boulevard will work the same as Lagoon.

I am fairly certain that it will work the same. I never could figure out after I selected a HW book, why I had to select the room type on the second screen. That seemed redundant to me. It is because all of mine only have one room type available to select on that screen. This is to maintain inventory control because some resorts (as you point out) have more that one unit code available per unit type. For example LT 2BR+ has either 2BP and 2PL and Boulevard 2BR+ has either 2LP and 2PL.
