Bought Westgate Park City resale, 2 bedroom lockoff, summer

Just bought Westgate in Park City, Summer week 21-39 floating, 2 bedroom lock-off. Paying about $1200, maintenance fee is $875.

Few questions: (1) How busy is summer season in Park city?
(2) Ease of renting it out in the years that I will not be using it?
(3) Chances (and cost) of booking a Ski week in Westgate Park City using this summer week?
(4) Anything that I should look for during the closing process.

Heading to Park City in a few hours

We have come to love Park City over the past couple years in the winter. We have decided to check it out in the summer beginning tomorrow. I can tell you that earlier this year there were many Getaway weeks available for about half of what you would expect the MF to be. We are checking in to the Marriott Summit Watch tomorrow for a week that we paid $450 on II Getaway. This is for a two bedroom/two bath. There were many weeks available at most of the PC properties when we made our reservation several months ago. I was actually interested in purchasing a summer week, but decided against it when I saw the Getaway prices. Not sure yet if this was an anomoly and won't be available in the future, but it works great for this year. We plan to hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, etc.
