Bookings Blocked Until August?

Emerald Grande isn't a Wyndham resort. They own 150 condos there, but they have their own management. I don't know when they'll reopen, but I was the last one there. Got kicked out March 24, a couple days before the end of my reservation. Wyndham still hasn't credited me for two nights worth of points.

How often have you asked about it? I ask because they are probably had to refund a lot of people and it’s easy for some to fall through the cracks. I am not sure it’s an automated thing. I think they handle those type of refunds manually.

I have something booked at Emerald in late Aug, but I was thinking of changing dates. Well AGAIN, nothing for all this year and first few months of next year, not a single day available. So I think they have pulled Emerald Grande inventory again.
