Booking with an Accommodation Certificate

I'm trying to book with an AC and it tells me I have 18 minutes to complete the transaction. As soon as I try to complete the transaction, it says the unit is no longer available. A few minutes later, it shows available again and I start the process again and get the same result. This is the first time I've tried this. What am I doing wrong?:crash:

I experienced the same problem with an AC that expires in March 2012. I was unable to book online - I tried multiple web browsers and 2 different operating systems. Based on my experience the problem is with II. You will need to call II and mention the error. II was able to make the reservation for me, but it took about 30 minutes.

Thank you! I was able to reserve it at my office computer today - maybe they don't like IPads. Anyway, I reserved an efficiency at the Surf Club for next August. Whoopie - a free vacation (if I could walk there :cheer: )
