Just in time for maintenance fee season, I just found a promotion on my Bonvoy Business Amex card: 15,000 Bonvoy Points for each $5,000 I spend on the card between now and 3/31/24, up to a maximum of 45,000 bonus Bonvoy points (i.e. if you spend $15,000.) The purchases can be aggregated, you don't have to spend that much in a single purchase.

Since that's my only Bonvoy-earning card and I would have used it for my MVC maintenance fees regardless for the 6x points earnings, I will earn an additional 15,000 points through this offer. Not a bad deal!

Thanks, I need to look at this promotion more closely.

I have a somewhat similar offer on the same card (no offers on the consumer Bonvoy cards I have).

But my offer is only "spend $1500 for a 5000 pt bonus" (up to 3x) for max 15K points. Spend does not have to be Bonvoy-related spend.

These offers are part of the reason why I pay some of my fees ahead of time (Sheraton Broadway).

Thanks for the heads up! I will take the extra 45,000 bonvoy points for paying MF. Get the same 6X points to pay using Brilliant or Amex Marriott Business anyhow. So more points work.

I think that’s the same offer. I should have pointed out that the spend doesn’t have to be Marriott spend. But I mainly use that card for Marriott and maintenance fees so I’ll take the bonus points in addition to the normal 6x points. 😃

Where did you find that offer? In email?

Update: Is it this?

I have the offer for 10X points on groceries up to 7,500 bonus points offer on my Brilliant Amex account. I rarely use the Brilliant Card for groceries, but I think I will for the next few weeks to get the points. No other card gives me that much. I have been using my Hyatt card but only get 1X.

I don't see the bonus for Marriott spend.

Thanks Tuggers for finding this promo. I would have overlooked this.

Good point that this is for all spending. What I like about Vistana is you can also prepay your MF for the following year. So in March, if I haven't met all of the spend, I can start paying 2025 MF payments to get the final 5000 Bonvoy Bonus points. The 15k bonus points will be nice to augment to the FNCs we get from the credit cards. Paying MF and using AMEX offers is about all we use Bonvoy cards for these days. So many other cards such as INK Unlimited 1.5% and 2% pay more or give us more travel options.

Cannot prepay HGVC MF so the quarterly spending promos on those cards are a problem.

Not seeing this offer for my Business Bonvoy AMEX card. I've received something similar in the past (last year). Hopefully it shows up soon.

When does the $20 WKORV ARDA fee get removed from Vistana statement?

We paid all MF for 2024 but this and it is supposed to be removed. I would like to prepay MF for next year to take advantage of this offer but don't want to accidently pay for ARDA.

PSA Another AMEX Bonus Spend offer just dropped into the Business Bonvoy Card. $500 more in spend than 2023 offer and only 2x vs. 3x. But handy if you are paying for expensive Vistana MFs anyway. (I do not see this on the personal cards.)

Since the AMEX Bonvoy specific offers now exclude MVC/Vistana this is a nice bonus because it is based on any spend.

My offer on my Bonvoy Business Amex was different than yours:

Sadly, I will easily hit the $7,000 number with my MFs which are due at the beginning of January, so I won’t say no to the 15,000 Bonvoy points.
