Any grand Colorado on Peak 8 owners here? Considering a purchase from developer (because of the bonus time perk) so mostly interested in bonus time. How available is it on weekends during the winter? Studio or 1 bedroom units. For example if you logged in right now, what’s available?

And I know whatever bonus time availability looks like now will change as they sell out. So I also am not making the decision solely based on bonus time.

Also looking at and comparing it against a grand timber resale, which I’ve heard anecdotally that they have more bonus time availability. But peak 8 is definitely a lot nicer with much more convenient ski in ski out. So I’d prefer peak 8 even at the higher price tag.

We go up to Breck enough (We are locals in Denver) to make a purchase direct from the developer worthwhile given the hotel nightly fees to stay at an equivalent ski in ski out property during the winter. It costs us usually about $600/night weekends and $400/night weekdays.

(We have owned SBP acquired off resale as a trader for 5 years and it gives us almost everything we need except winter Breck weeks and weekends)

We own at peak 8 and peak 7. There is a lot of bonus time during the week at both. I do see some Fridays available in the Winter and Sundays as well. Saturdays are tough to come by in the winter. Sometimes the Fridays don't open up until the day of so it is hard to plan in advance and you can only see what is available two weeks out. You need to check constantly as the inventory changes. We mostly book the studios but I have seen 1 and even 2 bedrooms pop up for a higher price. The amenities are excellent and you can reserve parking a week in advance for day use. The parking tends to fill up faster at peak 8 vs 7. Peak 7 is nice as well and is cheaper.
