So I got my 1500 bonus points from sitting through a presentation and am wondering if anyone has an suggestions on how to use them. I assume there are limits on how or when? They expire in mid 2026. Could they be moved into interval? Another Hawaii trip could be nice, but I'm guessing I can't plan too far in advance. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure they are not WOH points? 1500 HRC/HPP points is more than many contracts have for a year.

I'm guessing they are Portfolio bonus points. For a while, Hyatt was selling Encore/Access packages for a return sales presentation that included Portfolio bonus points as one of the gift options after going through the sales presentation. I had a two of those packages. On my return visit I was told that the Portfolio bonus points were only available as an option if you already owned a Portfolio contract, which I did not have. That is not what the contract said. The sales manager would not budge on giving me the Portfolio points, but we came to an agreement where I got all of my money back, some WOH points, and a couple of free 4 day stays at HRC locations.

Yeah, they are portfolio bonus points. I can see them in my account. They were deposited that afternoon. It was part of an access package. Ultimately I rescinded what they sold me, but the points are mine. Guessing the gift cards are too since nobody has ever told me where to return them to.
