Only the main pool is open for reservations only. I'm thinking other pools will open June 1st.

MK & AK open July 11, DHS & Epcot on July 15.

No word on DVC or other Disney resorts at this moment.

Disney Springs and Universal City Walk currently; Universal, Sea World, and Disney World when they open as well. It is a lot about staff protection and the agreements made with their unions, and of course public health as well.

Well honestly if everyone just wore a mask when they were in public places, we would have 1/10th of the amount of cases.

Yep, most definitely. They don't need to prevent transmission 100% to have a big impact.

My daughter's reservation for Jun3 6 was cancelled last week. Not sure they are really open and taking reservations.

I don't think there will be any actually signing of something, but there is a disclaimer about voluntarily assuming all risks associated with exposure that pops up on the My Disney Experience app that you have to click an "OK" or "Learn More" on. I believe at Disney Springs it is posted at the entrances, pretty much indicating that by entering you are assuming the risk and they are held harmless. Of course more to follow on the actual theme park stuff in the coming weeks.

Of course, no one can ever waive their right to sue in the US, no matter how many waivers they sign or signs they put up. Of course, it would make their case harder to make. And a hard case to make in general....
