Bonnet Creek HOA fees question

Looking at acquiring a BC contract with 168k EOY points. And I want to calculate what my HOA fees will be. Since the Wyndham owners forum is down, I can't get to the fee calculator and I never downloaded and saved it. Does anyone know what the HOA fees are at BC, not inclusive of the program fee. I can figure that out, I have 105k star island points too so I know that its $.51 per 1000 points without plus partners, right? And min of $98. So for me it should still be $98 since 105 + 84 (half of 168)= 189, 189 x .51=96.39
Just trying to figure out my total yearly obligation.
Thanks to all the nice TUG people who have provided a wealth of info, I have been reading these forums for quite awhile and they are so helpful.
