Typical Fabiani PR timing, getting this announcement out ON the day cities are talking to NFL owners. Hopefully for SD just a last gasp of desperation the by the Master of Disaster, to deflect from today's meeting , and signs pointing to approval of Kronke's plan. But fans here are so turned off by how the Chargers have handled this and treated loyal followers, it may not matter.
