One Bedroom/One Bathroom/Full Kitchen/Sleeps 6

Unit has a queen bed in the bedroom with sleep sofa and oceanfront balcony. A second sleep sofa is located in the living area. There is a full kitchen. Living/Dining area has wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window offering spectacular views of the ocean, beach and boardwalk.

Onsite amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, Rockfish Restaurant, complimentary WIFI and parking.

First use is 2016 (September 11-18, 2016) Sunday-Sunday

*Owner lives near Virginia Beach Courthouse. I will prepare the deed, take to Courthouse for recording, pay required taxes and recording fees and request the ownership transfer. The first maintenance fee will be due January 1, 2016.
