Bluegreen stock was rated as Zacks "Bull of the Day" today. It traded up on higher volume (115k vs 81K average). The rational was that it trades much cheaper than it's bigger competitors - VAC or HGV. Of course, that is one man's opinion. Some people buy "the flavor of the day."

I know their quarterly results came slightly under (.59 vs .62) a share but I guess Wall Street liked it. I have it in my portfolio simply to hear shareholder meetings; I don’t plan on making money on it. I thought with gas prices continuing to rise, the stock would go down with less people traveling far.
