Has anyone experienced on average how long it takes to hear back from Bluegreen on if they will let sale go through or if they are exercising their rights on the First Rights of Refusal? And if they let the sale go through, how long does it take to get the contract out of your account and into the new Owners.... Or if Bluegreen takes it back what is the timeline?

Thank you for any help!

It really depends on how busy they are my experience has been as short as 3 weeks and as long as 6 weeks.
Officially they have 30 business days to respond .

Once you are notified of their decision, you will be contacted by the closing firm in 2-3 weeks. They will forward the closing documents via email or snail mail. You review for errors ( one contract out of 7 had a mistake) and if correct, print out and have notarized.
If selling to an individual, this is when you would request payment.
Usually 3-4 weeks after sending in the notarized forms you will receive a copy of the executed transfer forms and a check If BG ROFR.

All in from submission online of transfer form and $500 payment to executed documents, 2.5 to 3 months.
