Bluegreen owners new resort in New Orleans Marquee locationHas

Hi Bluegreen owners. I'm thinking about renting the new resort in New Orleans name is
Marquee and it is located at 114 Elk Place. I've been trying to figure out where that is exactly. How fare from Quarter and SuperDome?
Has anyone stayed there yet. Was told by owner it was supposed to be finished in Feb.
Owners doesn't know where it is located as it is a new resort.

Looks like the resort is within a mile from the SuperDome. Also within a mile (in the other direction) from Bourbon St. The BG website says it is in "the heart of New Orleans’ historic theater district."

Thanks I have already checked out the Bluegreen site and all the articles. Saw in reading somewhere Resort will not open till July 1
