Forgive my ignorance as im new to the timeshare world. Im looking to purchase a BlueGreen timeshare with charter rights to Shenandoah Crossings to utilize the RV sites. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

If you MUST have a specific location or perk, it is unlikely to be found at an open resale venue- like TUG or eBay or Redweek. You might consider calling the place directly and inquiring if they have a list of owners wanting to sell. Many TSs have such lists. Otherwise buying directly from the developer is an option. (Something we avoid like the plague on TUG)
