This could be of some value to Bluegreen owners, as construction of a stadium next door to them would create some decent rentals. A lot of visiting teams have fans that like coming to their road games in Las Vegas, and assuming the Las Vegas Bowl is held there, both teams would have fans looking for a place to stay.

I totally agree that it could be good for us Bluegreen owners. Of course it's not like there aren't plenty of rooms nearby to compete against. But, it would be great if I could find a UNLV fan that likes to come in from out of town for games and get an ongoing arrangement from year to year. :)
