Bluegreen for sale (8,000 Biennual Pts)

8,000 points on odd years (refill September 1)

The property that is deeded is in Chicago at the Hotel Blake.

Points can be used at any Bluegreen resort (there are currently 64 different locations listed on their website)at any time during the year for no additional cost.

Mortgage is paid in full.

Trust Fund is E

Sales Type is A

Annual Maintenance Fees and Real Estate taxes are $569.60 and according to the sales type those would be due September 1.

Basically, my wife and I want more freedom with our vacationing and don't want to be tied to Bluegreen any longer. For the right person, this would be a good setup, but not for us. We are looking to unload it for free.

Responding for a non-TUG friend who is interested. How many nights does 8k points generally get at the Blake?

I have never used the points for Hotel Blake, so I can't really answer this question. Red season booking is 2,000 points per night for a weekday night, so if that is the only place you are looking to go, I wouldn't recommend mine. I hope that answers your question.
