Bluegreen bonus time at multiple resorts

We're considering buying Bluegreen points and are trying to plan the most efficient use of our money and points. We live about 2 hours from Big Cedar and are interested in both the Wilderness Club and the Cliffs at Long Creek. My question is about purchasing 2 deeds. If I bought a 4000 point deed to Wilderness Club and a 4000 point deed to the Cliffs (both Trust E), would I have use of bonus time at both resorts? If so, would I also have to pay the base fee for both in addition to the per-point fee?

It seems, from reading other posts, that the only place Bluegreen is allowing resale is through Pinnacle. I know I can buy a charter through Pinnacle, but the charter points are crazy expensive. Looking for a loophole...

You could, buy both there and yes you would have bonus time at both. You would pay only one base fee if both deeds are in trust fund e.

I would still call pinacle to see if they could get one charter point deed at either resort, then look later for a free deed at the other resort as you would have bonus time at all resorts till then.

Thank you for the quick reply! We were looking at Pinnacle and the least expensive charter listed is $7k for only 4000 biennial points. If we got 2 deeds, would there be any issue in combining the points under one account? Also, I've read on here anyone attempting to buy outside of Pinnacle since 2021 has ran into ROFR issues. Have you heard different?

Unless you are looking for off season, I don't know if there is a lot of bonus time available at either of those resorts.
