We have owned it for over 20 years. We got divorced and neither of us wants it any more.

What is BG points? Comes to $1192.25, will that be every year or the additionals are one-time only? Did you use with RCI and II? Are there fees besides the 3 mentioned?

BG is points at Bluegreen. Many people own multiple "sets" of points. For example, I have this deed and another deed, both of which are in Trust Fund E. So, we pay the "base fee" and membership fee one time. That is one time per year, not just a one-time only. So, if you consider that I pay the $373 and $179 with my other deed, then this one costs $640.25 this year. By the way, if anyone is interested, I will also give you a 9000 points every year deed with this one. Reply here or DM me for the details on that one if you are interested. It connects with RCI, but I have not used that - I have just used my points within the Bluegreen system.
