I've never stayed at BBC, but I love the Elysian and look forward to my next trip there.

My question relates to BBC and one of their floor plans, the Studio Plus -- my main issue with Elysian is that my lovely wife and I will have different hours on vacation -- ie, she'll stay up later than me, and I'll get up earlier (to work) than she will. Last year, I actually found myself on the computer in the bathroom so I wouldn't wake her up. I can't seem to get a Studio Loft at Elysian, as I believe most of them were not converted to Wyndham points.

However, I was looking at Wyndham's website for BBC, and specfically for the Studio Plus floorplan, which appears to have a staircase from the living area up to the bedroom.

Can anyone comment on how much "separation" this is -- can one person be up earlier (or later) and not disturb the other person? Is this effectively like a 1BR unit?

Also, does anyone have any pictures of what this layout is like?

Sorry... I dont have pictures... but yes, there is a loft (In Studio Plus rooms at BBC)... but it does not have much noise barrier.. (as there is no door/wall blocking off the lofted room)... I do think one could hang out in the living room and not disturb the person sleeping up in the loft too much though... Just depends on how loud you are in the living room... The seperation is minimal... but enough (IMO) for those who have different schedules during the morning/night
