Blue VA Beach Week

I am looking at a cheap blue week and was wondering if I couldn't use it what kind of trades would be available through RCI. I kind of like off-season, so for those who have done exchanges would you know where availability for a 1br/1ba might be?

I'm a newbie, and am looking for something cheap that I might like to go to, but also may like to try exchanging from time to time.

I would NOT buy

for the amount of maintenance fees and exchange fees---you could rent from one of the NUMEROUS RCI timeshare rental sites (avail to general public)anything that you could trade into.

I have a BLUE Outer Banks NC beach week Barrier Island Station - Duck 2BR lockoff. It trades OK in RCI, with 1BRs getting me Red 2BRs in places that have large supply like Williamsburg and Orlando. It is the 'famed' Presidents Week7.
