I was checking out Grandview at Las Vegas Timeshare Owners Forum, and someone posted that they wished they could give away their Timeshare.

Of course I directed them to TUG for guidance. Couple days later, I'm blocked.

I wonder if this page is company run.

Funny thing is, they blocked me but couldn't figure out how to delete my posts?

Interesting. I wonder what that is about?

It's not only the developers/managers who censor their own sites. There are a few Marriott Owners who have started their own Facebook pages and banned TUGgers who don't toe the "Be Happy" line drawn. Their pages, their rules.

and theres a guy that has developed a Wyndham owners facebook page that has blocked me because..... I dont know for sure, but he rents wyndham reservations and I think he threw up the facebook page to snag new customers, and sees me as the competition.

like with the Marriott page. His group; his rules

Yep, their page, their rules. I wasn't even trolling. The guy posted about it being worthless and wanting to get rid of it. They didn't delete that comment. I referred him to TUG and to avoid resellers. They didn't delete that comment. Then a couple days later I open the page to check for a response and I'm blocked.

Now I'm unblocked. The only reason I knew is that I received a new reply notification. Reply was on the same thread and by the Page owner telling the guy how much transfer and deed fees are. Maybe it was an error, maybe he thought I was linking a reseller at first (though I don't know why he wouldn't have deleted such a comment if that were the case), or maybe he's a TUGger.
