All dressed up and nowhere to go :annoyed:

I got a call this morning from Amtrak saying that the Autotrain is busted. We were scheduled to leave for Florida today. Luckily, I found WAY cheap fares on AirTran and the troupe will take to the air tomorrow.

The price for the rental through Alamo is about half of what it was a couple of months ago when I was planning the trip. Back then, the train option saved us about $1,200 more or less. The procrastinators next day trip prices was only $350 more than the train trip.
