Thanks! I think I knew most of the tricks mentioned except #4, which is also one of the most frustrating ones.

I still don't know how to:

1. read email containing hyperlinks
2. read the entire pdf attachment after zooming in
3. find the unread emails quickly

Also, for some reason, I have to close my Outlook on my desktop before I can receive emails on my BB. This was not the case before. I have Enterprise on my BB and Outlook is for my work related emails. Does anyone know if there is a way around this?

To find your unread emails, go to Mail and hold the U button. The unread messages will be listed.

Do you use the Blackberry Desktop on your work PC? If so, check the settings in the Blackberry Desktop. I do not receive emails while that software is running and my Blackberry is connected to the PC. There is a check-box for this setting. You can always receive emails on the Blackerry by unchecking that box.

With respect to #2, instead of zooming in, I remember hitting the menu while the attachment was on the screen and seeing a command which I think was "read text" and being able to read the full document OR...you can just go to the forums at www.crackberry.com and ask them!!
