Bitcoin offers Visa Debit Card (California)

I don't know if other states have this, but I got an email from Coinbase saying it is now offered in my state. If you have bitcoins, you can get a debit Visa card and use that anywhere that takes Visa. It will use your bitcoins. It is called a shift card. No, I won't be getting one, but for people who have lots of money in bitcoins, it could be very useful.
