There are some major shifts for Interval's TDI that are appearing now online and in their catalog directory. For us it use to be that Las Vegas week 10 or 11 was the strongest and for Branson week 22 was the strongest. While both of those weeks are still good weeks, there are several weeks that are stronger. If you're thinking about depositing for exchange and you use the TDI to gauge approx. value for your depsoit, I'd recommend revisiting I.I.'s current TDI's rather than going by past experience.

Just curious as to what they are showing for the UK. I know that DRI exchanges through II and has some good resorts, and on the UK t/s boards, there has been discussion about how DRI was trying to make more weeks availible in the UK as their membership is rather UK-heavy and Brits are much more inclined to holiday within their own country these days than fly off somewhere. So DRI's demand has gone up in the UK and down elsewhere in Europe. Are the numbers weakening for places like Spain, Portugal, Greece, and the Canaries and strengthening in warm season in the UK. The DRI talk would certainly indicate such a trend.

Saw your post Doug and went to check them out. Very good advice, if you are with II go check them out. A lot of big changes in TDI's

Looks like II has figured out that Harborside is more popular in the summer than most of platinum season (since you can actually enjoy the water activities!). Would be nice if Starwood would finally acknowlege that fact and adjust StarOptions!

Doug -- adding my thanks that you posted this. Quite a few of my resorts have been adjusted. May not have ever looked if you hadn't.

Good point! TDI is more honest than long term fixed seasonal values - and yet TDI is still problematic as it is a backwards looking metric. Convention cities, such as Las Vegas, are especially vulnerable to changes in demand from one year to the next that have nothing to do with weather and school schedules.
