BG-RCI issues

I am a new BlueGreen owner via the resale market. I'm having trouble getting RCI/BG to work together so that I can sign into my own RCI account though the BG portal. They can all see my account and even make reservations for me at RCI, but no one knows why I keep getting an error message when trying to login through the BG-RCI portal. The error says that it cannot verify the Vacation Club that I am a member of and to call my club if the problem persists, but I've called BG and RCI numerous times with no answer, aside from that they can make my reservations for me. I would prefer to check inventory and make reservations on my own, so that doesn't work for me. Has anyone else experienced this error? How was it resolved?

I had this same problem. It took many, many calls to RCI and Bluegreen... eventually they figured it out. Keep calling.
