This is all wrong, so I suspect it's a scam: My Ad was for Lawai Beach Resort on Kauai.
I am selling my time share, 125.000 points in the Vistana/Marriott Vacation homes organisation. Your desired resort is one of the resorts included in my ownership. No restrictions to time of the year nor unit size ( 1,2,3 bedroom etc) and stays can be booked based of the Marriott points system for rentals. Ownership is completely paid for, maintenance fee for 2024 paid as well. Cost of ownership including maintenance fee was 49.000 USD. Open to offers, don't be shy.
