Beware of EBay seller "XITED"

I had posted an earlier thread about this ebay auction and wanted to post an update. Well it has finally come to a resolution after speaking with TimeshareCloseout's "president", and the bottom line is that since I was attempting to do my due diligence, like these boards strongly advise, and asked questions about the deed and the closing company (who appears to be one and same as seller), they simply cancelled my sale. To add insult to injury, "xited" was very rude in the process! Just as a word of caution, I would definitely think twice before doing business with these folks.

Be thankful. If asking questions caused the seller to back out, you didn't want whatever it was that s/he was actually selling.

I too posted an update yesterday on the older thread about my dealings with this seller.

They didn't meet terms of their listing to me, but they simplyly RELISTED my item the other day. No call, no email, just my Favorite ebay search showing the exact unit and week for sale (the beauty of fixed week - there is ONLY one).

So, PM me if you want to confirm, if that is the former week I won on EBAY -- DON'T want to help them sell the week or for this to an ad on the boards.

Make sure you add negative feedback to the seller on EBAY.
