Best week to book for rental at DSV II

I need to make a reservation at DSV II for '09. Due to the fact that I will not be recognized by Marriott before the fist part of the red/platinum season has passed, the reservation will need to be either week 51 or 52.

Which dates below will rent the best in your opinion?

Here are the available check-in days:
Thur .. 17th
Fri ... 18th
Sat ... 19th
Mon ... 21st
Thur .. 24th
Fri ... 25th
Mon ... 28th

I need to book a week today.
I am leaning toward Monday, Dec 28th, check-in.
Any help?
